For Colors / Highlights / Balayage / Special Colors and Perm services that requires more than 2 hours, please call (or text) us at 416-224-2660 if you cannot find time slots meet your schedule.  We can assist you for booking.  

If you have never done a color or perm service with us and don't know what to book, please call (or text)us at 416-224-2660. We will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation / Policy

Last minute cancellations and reschedules mean that we usually cannot fill that reservation spot, which means a loss for the business.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance.

Appointments require at least 24 hours cancellation notice!

Please Confirm your appointment via text (confirmation text will sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment) or by calling  (or text) us at 416-224-2660, if we cannot confirm your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled.

Late Policy

We want to respect everyone's time. To ensure that everyone has a great experience, arriving 15 minutes late or longer may result in a reduced service or rescheduling your appointment.
