We cannot accommodate walk-ins for appointments.  

We are open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

SAFETY FIRST!
It is our utmost responsibility to keep you, our clients, and our service providers SAFE during your visit to ROUGE.  Our entire staff is fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and may or may not be masked at the time of your visit.  As of 3/17/22, in accordance with the CDC and our Governor, we have relaxed some of our COVID-19 safety policies, while some remain in place.  We update our protocol regularly based on CDC recommendations and local Covid numbers. If you are unsure of mask requirements, please call (248) 439-6012 for updated information.

We kindly ask that you are respectful of our safety rules while visiting ROUGE. 

UPDATED COVID-19 & MASK PROTOCOL:

Our STAFF is 100% fully vaccinated against COVID-19. 

If you are stopping by to pick up product or shop, and you are fully vaccinated, mask wearing is optional AS OF 3/17/22.  If you are receiving services, masks are mandatory. 

If you are NOT fully vaccinated, we kindly ask that you wear a mask while you visit our shop for any reason.



WHEN YOU COME FOR A BOOKED APPOINTMENT:

  1. Bring only YOU. Only the person receiving a service will be allowed in ROUGE.  Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are still enforcing this protocol. 
  2. You may not bring children, significant others, or guests with you for your appointment. Special exceptions are made for minors or those requiring assistance. 
  3. Absolutely NO EATING or DRINKING is allowed in the shop.  
  4. Please keep personal items to a minimum.
  5. Please call us at 248-439-6012 to let us know if you require any extra accommodations.

PLEASE STAY HOME & RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF:

  1. You are sick or you feel like you might be getting sick 
  2. You have a fever
  3. You have been in contact with someone who is sick
  4. You have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or ANY OTHER ILLNESS in the past 14 days 
  5. You have been in contact with  someone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 in the past 14 days
  6. You will not be charged for your appointment if you cancel (even same day) due to illness.  



APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICIES:

    1. Online cancellations:  you may cancel and reschedule online up to 1 day before your scheduled appointment.  
    2. Illness: If you feel ill at all (even for non-covid symptoms) you are required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  
    3. Same day cancellations or rescheduling must be facilitated via telephone @ 248-439-6012.  Our FRONT DESK is available on the days that we are open for appointments: Wednesday, Friday & Saturday.
    4. NO CALL / NO SHOW: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not call to reschedule your appointment, we will automatically charge 100% of your appointment fee to the credit card on file.   If for some reason we do not have your CC on file, we will charge you the full appointment fee before you are permitted to reschedule. 



OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:


CREDIT CARD REQUIRED:

A valid credit card number is required to book your appointment.  Your card will only be charged if you fail to show up for your appointment and to call to cancel your appointment. 

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are having trouble booking online, please make sure that the credit card that you are booking with is valid. It may appear that there are no appointments available if you have an expired CC on file.  



GIFT CERTIFICATES AND PACKAGES:

If you have a service package that is valid, we have converted the monetary amount of the package into gift certificates for your use at ROUGE.  

If your package or gift certificate expired prior to March 14, 2020, it will not be honored. 

No refunds will be offered for packages or gift certificates.
Gift Certificate Value & Depreciation:

Gift Certificates depreciate in value from the original date of purchase:

    • 1 year after purchase   date -10%
    • 2 years after purchase date -20%
    • 3 years after purchase date -30%
    • 4 years after purchase date -40%
    • 5 years after purchase date: EXPIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS
    • Discounted packages have their own expiration dates, call for more information.

PARKING:

Please park in our FREE PARKING LOT.

Parking on Woodward is limited to 30 minutes, please do not park on Woodward Avenue.  This parking policy is enforced by the Ferndale PD.  


ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover. 


GRATUITY no credit card gratuity allowed:

Though we accept all major credit cards as payment, we do not accept gratuity or tips on credit cards. Service Providers can accept VENMO, cash or check for gratuity. 



MORE COVID SAFETY PROTOCOL:

ROUGE is In compliance with the following organizations in recognition of COVID-19 SAFETY for REGULATION:

    • the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), 
    • the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO), 
    • the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Agency (MIOSHA) 
    • the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)
    • BARBICIDE TRAINING:  All service providers have completed the Barbicide Covid-19 compliant training and blood borne pathogen training.

The following cleaning & sanitation products are being used at ROUGE on tools, implements and surfaces:

    • Barbicide
    • Cavicide: hospital grade disinfectant
    • Bleach 
    • 99% Isopropyl Alcohol
