NOTICE: IF YOU CANNOT SEE ANY AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS OR THE SCHEDULE LOOKS "GREYED OUT", YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE. THE SYSTEM WILL NOT LET YOU SEE APPOINMENTS PAST THE EXPIRATION DATE ON YOUR CARD OR IF THE CARD IS INVALID. UPDATE YOUR CARD ON YOUR PROFILE AFTER LOGGING IN AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.
Until further notice:
We are currently offering ALL services - waxing, facials, and lash enhancement.
At all appointments, hand sanitizer will be provided upon entering the building.
Masks are recommended inside the building.
We will also be wearing masks for mutual protection and safety.
You will be able to remove your mask for face waxing services.
NO OTHER PEOPLE will be allowed to wait or be in the room with you. This includes children and significant others. Please plan accordingly, there are no exceptions.
PLEASE ARRIVE no earlier than five minutes prior to your appointment to avoid waiting in the common area.
ANYONE with ANY flu-like symptoms will be rescheduled.
Please make sure you can certify the following is true:
I have not had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above.
I do not currently have, or recently had within the past 7 days, any respiratory or flu symptoms: sore throat, shortness of breath, chills, muscle or body aches, congestion or runny nose, diarrhea, vomiting, or new loss of taste or smell.
I have not been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has corona-virus type symptoms.
I have not personally tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 45 days; and / or it has been 3 weeks since symptoms have resolved, or I have received a negative test result.
I have not traveled out of state or to a high-risk area for the past 14 days.

PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We now require a credit card number to book all appointments. This information is securely held in our PCI-compliant system to secure your appointment time. Any form of payment may be used when checking out after your appointment. The only time your card will be charged is when appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Please be advised of our cancellation policy, and that by booking your appointment online you are agreeing to the following policy:
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy at Belle. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the service price will be charged.
If an appointment is a no-show, no-call, a fee of 100% of the service price will be charged.
We get extremely busy from May-October. Here is some good information to remember. Thank you in advance for your understanding of these matters:
Children under the age of 10 left unsupervised in the waiting area are a liability for us as a business. We want to keep your children happy and safe. Small children are not permitted in the treatment rooms because there are also safety issues - electrical outlets, hot wax, cabinets, chemicals, etc. Another adult must be there to supervise or we will have to reschedule.
No other people are allowed in the room for "closed door services" unless the person receiving a service is a minor child, for liability insurance purposes. We have a waiting area where they can comfortably wait for you.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment time as we book all appointments and much needed breaks back-to-back. Appointments will be seen at the scheduled time. Arriving much earlier than your appointment will mean waiting outside if the doors are locked or in the waiting area if we are open.
Also, arriving more than 10 minutes late may necessitate rescheduling your appointment.
Rescheduling your appointment within the same week is very difficult during the summer, so please plan accordingly when at all possible and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Adding services to an appointment - please let us know as soon as possible PRIOR to the appointment if you'd like to add on any services. We book the exact amount of time needed for the service and may be unable to add additional services the day of your appointment.
Facial appointments must be booked via phone or email. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this allows us to book the appropriate time and type of facial to ensure your best experience.
Bikini waxes, Brazilians, and In-between-ni waxes: Please take a moment to read the descriptions on our website or call if you have a question. Once booked and you arrive for your appointment, we can not change it to a Brazilian wax as the time slot is longer. Brazilian waxes booked online will also be charged accordingly, so make sure the right service is selected and the hair growth is long enough. See the FAQ section online for more information.
Bikini, In-Between-ni and Brazilian Services:
Brazilians that are scheduled from 3-6 weeks from your previous wax at our location will be charged the regular rate of $52-$58.
Brazilians that are FIRST-TIME (at our location or first time to be waxed ever) or it has been OVER SIX WEEKS since the previous wax will be charged the rate of $60-$65. Please call us if you have any questions about the appropriate service to book!
Pregnant Clients: please provide a Doctor's release for all FULL BRAZILIAN waxing after 35 weeks. Other waxes, such as a regular bikini wax, may be performed as long as you are not experiencing any pregnancy complications. Please contact us if you have any questions.
