For all color services, including highlights or balayage, please remember to schedule a 'finish time' which includes the time for your hair to process and for your stylist to wash and blow-dry your hair. Haircuts automatically include the finish time. If you are booking a chemical service without a haircut, please be sure to select a finish time.

When booking a balayage or highlight appointment, we recommend contacting the salon at 760-433-6655 before booking, as these services are customized based on your hair and inspiration, and require a different scheduling process. Please note that as of 1/1/2024, there have been some price increases on our chemical services, so reach out to the studio for updated pricing information.

A credit card is required for all services. Any cancellations or rescheduling for chemical services must be done at least 48 hours in advance, or a 50% charge will apply. Haircut appointments require 24 hours notice for changes.

Please understand that regardless of circumstances such as illness, childcare issues, medical appointments, car troubles, migraines, etc., any last-minute changes to your appointment within the specified timeframe will result in a fee.
