NEW CLIENTS: If this is your first time booking with the salon, it is best to set up your appointment over the phone at (314)721-5465. Many of the stylists prefer extra time when booking first time clients. If you book for the first time, we may call you to confirm details and make sure you are booked for an appropriate amount of time.
All First Time Chemical Service Guests, must book a consultation prior to the actual service day and pre-pay a 50% deposit at time of booking the actual service. Deposit will be surrendered if a cancellation within 24 hours occurs or a "no-show". The consultation helps us determine how much time we will need to do your actual service, go over maintenance and pricing with you and to examine your hair's integrity and strength.
All chemical services require a secondary service. For example: style with a chemical service, haircut, haircut/style; at minimum a shampoo after a chemical service (if you are leaving wet).
CANCELLATION POLICY: Because your appointment is reserved especially for you, cancellations taken within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time or no shows are subject to charges up to the full value of the services booked. Please give us 24 hours or more advanced notice, if you are unable to keep your appointment, in order to avoid a charge. Giving us more than 24 hours notice allows us to call others on a wait list. When our appointment slots are not booked, our Stylists do not get paid. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us cultivate the best experience possible for you and all our guests.
