Beginning May 1, 2024 all haircuts will be increased by $1. 


MISSED APPOINTMENT and CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  This allows others to schedule an appointment during your time-slot.

No-show appointments” will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). “No-shows” are when you’ve scheduled an appointment but never arrive - and haven’t given notice you won’t be arriving. This charge is to cover the time I set aside, especially for you, as well as the missed opportunity to offer your spot to someone else. To avoid this charge and as a courtesy to me, please make sure to give advance notice if you can’t make your appointment.  I’ll be happy to find you a time that works better.
