Any Chemical/Color and Conditioning appointments will need to be booked before Haircut/Waxing Services to ensure that the service is made with proper timing.  

If you are a NEW hair COLOR/ CHEMICAL client or wanting a PMU service, a consultation is REQUIRED before booking a service appointment.

Cancelation policy

A 48 hour cancellation notice is required from the scheduled appointment time. Any appointment cancelled less then 48 hours will require a $30 cancellation fee to be paid in person or via venmo@divergesalon under businesses. 

Payment of the cancellation fee has to be paid before rescheduling. No exceptions.

You agree to this policy when you book your appointment.  

Permanent Make Up deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
