Give at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge. Any no-shows will be charged 50% of their service amount. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will be considered no-shows and then appointment will need to be rescheduled.
