Due to recent changes regarding COVID-19, we have adjusted appointment times to reflect the new guidelines for the number of stylist/clients in the salon at any given time. Because of these changes it was necessary to adjust our booking times. When you receive your notifications regarding your appointment, you will notice that the times have been increased. This is to ensure that we have time after your appointment to clean and sanitize before our next scheduled appointment is allowed in.
Don’t be alarmed that the time reserved may be up to 1 or 1½ times longer than what you’re used to. This is only to allow us the time needed to disinfect, and does not mean your service will take the amount f time scheduled.
For instance, if your pre-COVID-19 service was scheduled for 2½ hours your new reserved time will be 3 hours (or longer depending on guest needs). Because of this we will be servicing less clients per day. We have opened up additional days on our schedule to accommodate as many guest as possible and appreciate your understanding.
Prior to your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email (please go ahead and confirm as normal and then comeback here 24 hours before your appointment to complete the consent/waiver. https://www.kevinmichaelsalon.com/consent-form This link can also be found it your confirmation email.
This MUST be completed no sooner than 24 hours before you can enter our facility.
We are temporarily waiving last minute cancellations due to illness. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible so that we may service other guest during that time.
