Please read through my booking guidelines carefully to avoid any confusion or errors. You'll also find my cancellation policy below—please read it thoroughly and reach out with any questions.

Booking Guidelines:

• My pricing for color services is package-based. À la carte color services are not available to book online but may be inquired about directly.

• When booking a conditioning treatment, you must also book a haircut or blowout as your second service.

• All color package services include the necessary color from start to finish, along with a cut and style. 

• Extension clients: Unless we've already had a consultation, or this is not your first install with me, you’ll need to book a consultation appointment prior to installation.

Cancellation Policy:
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I strive to be considerate of all situations. However, to ensure fair and efficient scheduling for all clients, the salon’s cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.

48- hour cancellation: I require more than 48 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling any appointments. services rescheduled within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment require a 50% rescheduling fee

Day of Notice: Any services cancelled the day of require a 100% rescheduling fee

No call/no show: Any no call or no show appointments require a 100% rescheduling fee and must reach out to salon or stylist to reschedule

Rescheduling fees are based upon the $ amount of scheduled services
