The services are available at various rates depending on the salon team member that you select and the level of experience that suits your needs, we reserve the ability to accept or reject any appointment request that is made online as the request may not align our scheduling requirements.
As a service provider, we strive to take the very best care of your needs as possible. When an appointment is made for you, it is a commitment on both parts to honor that time scheduled.
We require a 24-hour cancelation notice prior to your appointment's scheduled time. This notice would allow us too potentially schedule another guest in that time slot. Notices of upcoming appointments are sent 48 hours before the timeslot, which enable you to rearrange your schedule or cancel within the 24 - 48 hour window.
- Missed Appointments
If a guest fails to cancel or no-shows the appointment, we reserve the ability to have the guest pre- pay 100% of the replacement appointment prior to rebooking the new appointment.
- Late Arrivals
We respect your time and ask that you respect your service providers as well. Understandably, traffic issues arise, and other occurrences can alter the ability to arrive timely. Our very best will be done to get the majority of that service performed, though may need to reschedule if arrival is later than 10-15 minutes as we typically run a rigid work schedule to accommodate all our guests' requests. Quite possibly the need to not completely finish the styling will assist in making up that tardiness to keep your provider on schedule.
