Cancellation Policy 

our cancellation/No show/Rescheduling policy, all appointments must be cancelled and/or rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment or a policy fee associated with service may be applied to your credit card on file.


We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. This ensures that you will have the full scheduled time for your treatment to be completed. If you arrive late to your appointment, your treatment will be completed in the originally allotted time frame – we cannot allow your appointment to go longer in consideration of the next guest. If you arrive too late and your treatment cannot be completed in the given time, we will have to ask you to reschedule.
