Welcome to my online booking portal and thank you for choosing me for all of your hair needs.

Please read through my suggestions below for booking your appointment online to avoid any booking errors.

You will also find the salon cancellation policy below. Please read carefully and let me know if you have any questions before booking! 


- *NEW CLIENTS*, before booking any online appointments- I require my “New Client Form” to be filled out. The link is found in my instagram bio @hairby_sarahmac or email request a form to sarahmc2009@gmail.com


- After selecting your first service (partial highlight, permanent color, balayage, etc..) simply click 'Add a Service' to book any secondary services (toner, haircut, etc..)

- When booking a color service it MUST be booked as your first service

- When booking a color service you MUST book a haircut or blowout as your second service

- When booking a conditioning treatment you MUST book a haircut or blowout as your second service

- If you see (*Extended Wait) next to any open booking options, please pay close attention to the timing of your services. Your last service may be several hours after your first or secondary service!

- If you are unsure of what services you will need to achieve you hair dreams please book a complimentary consultation before booking any color, cutting or treatment services

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to high demand for appointments I will be enforcing a much more strict cancellation policy than I have in the past. Here at Plum Fancy Hair Studio we are very understanding of this crazy thing we call life but I also have to remind myself that my time is valuable, just like yours!


- (Cancellation within 24 hours): will require that 25% of your services be paid before booking your next appointment. This will be non refundable.

- (Cancellation day of appointment): will require that 50% of your services be paid before booking your next appointment. This will be non refundable.

- (No call/No show): will require that 100% of your services be paid before booking your next appointment. This will be non refundable.


If you become a client that cancels or no shows multiple times I will require that a card be kept on file for cancellation/no show fees to be deducted automatically.

This policy is being put into place to enforce a professional atmosphere and to help me ensure that I get to have as many of you in my chair as possible!  I have a very long waiting list and so many of my clients would love to have your time slot if something comes up and you cannot make it.
