Hi and thank you for making your appointment with us! Here is some information you may need to know:
- If you are scheduled for an eye lash appointment please follow the link before you come in!
- Masks are optional and/or what ever you are comfortable with
- If reschedule/ canceling/. no showing an appointment the day before your appointment you will be responsible to pay 50% of the services booked. We will send you an invoice and we ask for it to be paid before we can reschedule your appointment.
For the months of November and December we are requiring 2 days in advance to cancel your appointment or 100% of services booked will be charged to your account.
We will call for a credit card over the phone before your next appointment will be able to be booked.
there are no exemptions for cancelling*******
- Gratuity is never expected but only accepted in cash form.
