*New guests*

All new guests are will be prompted to have a card on file, in addition all new chemical (color, perm, etc) guests require a $50 deposit to reserve the desired service(s).

This deposit will be deducted from your service ticket on the day of the scheduled service(s). We understand that sometimes things come up so if you need to reschedule the deposit will then go towards the any future appointment(s). 

**Cancellation Policy**

     Appointments are made especially for you and are very important to our team members. Our Salon Company understands that sometimes life happens and schedules change, therefore we request at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your reserved appointment. We do not want you or other guests on our "wait list" to miss the opportunity to receive a service. A credit card will  required to hold all reservations. 

     Any reservations cancelled within 24 hours or for which guests are a “No-Show”  will be subject to a full charge of 100% of the service amount. Please note that reservations made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 100% of the service amount.

     Group bookings of two or more guests require a notice period of 72 hours (3 days). For each guest that fails to show without required notice,  a charge of 100% of the service amount will be incurred on the card used to reserve the booking.
