Our mission here at our shop is to provide the highest level of customer service while establishing long-lasting relationships that we’ve built on commitment and our clients satisfaction. Our goal is to offer a wide variety of high-quality services performed by skilled techs that are dedicated to providing all of our clients with a positive and memorable experience. Doing so we are able to save our clients time and be able to offer them peace of mind knowing they are going to love their service!

Please take a look at our policies before scheduling!

•No call no show- If you do not show to your appointment you’ll be moved to a block list until a $25 fee is given to the stylist whose appointment was missed, and then you will be unlocked to reschedule. 

After 2 times you may no longer schedule at our salon. 

•Late- After a 10 MINUTE grace period you will have to reschedule- 

IF an exception is made by your stylist a $25 late fee is added.

• 24 hour cancellation- if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service, especially the day of, there will be a $25 fee for the hour we will be stuck sitting there when other clients could of came if they had notice. 

•After hours/squeeze ins- What our online booking calendars show is what is available- if you contact us  to add you to a date or time not on the calendar there is a $20 squeeze in fee for working over time/staying late/adding people in that didn’t schedule according .
