Company Policy

Booking

Prices have been adjusted in regards to the new scheduling site. In addition to taxes applied, all new customers will be accessed a product fee.  A deposit is required for services all services and will be processed at the time of scheduling to hold your appointment. No refunds will be offered on services rendered.

Cancellation/No call no show

Please arrive at least 10 mins before scheduled Appt unless you booked the opening slot. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment.

Appointments may be cancelled 48 hrs or more prior to your appointment without penalty. Appointments cancelled within 48 hrs of scheduled service will be charged the full amount of deposit provided. A "no call/no show" or last minute cancellation results in an empty room and an inconvenience for other patrons. If one does not cancel in the appropriate time frame, they will be charged full amount of deposit provided. Stylist Corrections:

Clients have 72 hours to provide notice of any issues with service or install. Installs will be allotted only one correction after initial install. Upon notice client will be rescheduled for for a corrective action by stylist free of charge.

Lash Client Service:

Relash sessions require clients to have at least 20 lashes per eye to be booked as a regular relash. Relash sessions may be booked between 2-4 weeks of previous Appointment to maintain your beautiful lashes. Any client session booked after a 4 week period will be treated as New Client relash. Any relash session booked 5 weeks after prior session will be treated as a new Lash installation.
