Be sure to book a color consultation BEFORE the day of your service if you are a new client to the salon. Color consultations are a free 15 minute service that allows the stylist to help you achieve your hair goals and go over pricing to assure you are booked for proper timing. CANCELLATION POLICY: 

To avoid cancellation charges, please cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours in advance. For appointments booked for 3 hours or longer, please cancel with 48 notice to avoid cancellation charges. Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice for 3 hour or longer appointments or less than 24 hours notice for all other appointments will result in 50% charge of your services. No call no show  for an appointment will result  in a 100% charge of your appointment.
