We will require a valid, preferred credit card on file to book services, and it will be charged in the event of a violation of the cancellation policy as outlined below. Your appointments are very important to us. We require 24 hours notice of a cancellation of your appointment, either via phone, email, or online booking.  This allows our team members to adjust their schedules and provide services to clients on our waiting list.  This policy is presented with a view to providing the best quality of service to our existing and future clientele. 

 

Accordingly, if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, it will result in a charge of a minimum of $25 per service booked or up to 10% of the reserved appointment fee, in the discretion of the BodyBrite spa where your appointment was booked.

 

In the event you have pre-purchased a package of sessions with BodyBrite and do not meet the cancellation requirements above, one session from your package will be deducted.
