Your time and appointments are very important to us and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are needed. If you need to make an adjustment to your schedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any no show or cancellation fees. 

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in an automatic charge equal to 50% of the booked service amount. No shows, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will result in an automatic charge equal to the full amount of the booked service.
