CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If the guest fails to cancel their appointment outside the 48hrs, or no-shows they will lose their deposit. If they have not paid a deposit, they will be charged a fee at their next appointment. 

(This fee is a reflection of their missed service)

The second time the guest fails to cancel or reschedule before the 48hr mark they will be responsible for the whole service amount.

LunaRay Hair Salon will not be able to make a new appointment for you until this missed service fee is paid.
