Please note our CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellations or missed appointments without 48-hour notice will result in the loss of your deposit. If a deposit has not been paid, you will be charged a fee at your next appointment. 

The second time a guest fails to cancel or miss their appointment without 48-hours' notice, they will be responsible for the entire service amount.

LunaRay Hair Salon will not be willing to make a new appointment for you until the service fee is paid.
