If you and/or your dog aren't feeling well the day that you have a scheduled service, please contact us to reschedule your appointment by providing as much notice as possible.

Please be advised that grooming service times may vary based on how busy the salon is on the day of your service. Please do not contact us during your dog's grooming appointment as we are diligently working as fast as we can to ensure your dog is perfectly groomed during time restraints. Contacting us will only create distractions and delay the process. We will contact you when your dog is nearly ready to be picked up.

Standard appointment times for booking are 9:30am, 10am, 11am and 1:30pm. Please book one of those available times. If you are unable to book 10am, 10:30, 11am or 11:30am it is likely because we already have a client booked in at 9:30am and the system will not allow you to double book. Please contact us via text at 905.928.0517 so we can check our availability and book it for you if those times are available.

Please be advised that we require a minimum of 24hrs notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. If you provide us with a reason for your last-minute cancellation, depending on the reason, we may not charge you a cancellation fee the next time you come in with your dog. Please be considerate of our time as we book dogs according to when we feel we will be able to start working on them.
