To create an account:

 1. Enter your email address under 'Username and Email Address'

 2. Click 'Reset Your Password'

 3. Follow the prompts and respond to the reset email sent to your inbox

 4. Once you reset your password, log back into your account using your email address and the password you created.

Terms & Conditions:

Colour Services - make sure you read the descriptions available on our website prior to booking. If you book the wrong appointment, we may not have time to accommodate a change.

Cancellation Policy:

We can all agree everyone's time is valuable. Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24-48 hours notice, depending on the service(s) booked.

24 hours notice is required for haircuts and single spa services.

48 hours notice is required for colour, highlights and two or more spa services.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you can reach us by calling. If we are unavailable, please leave a voicemail. Alternatively, you can also text us at 204-822-8077 or email us at info.shearbliss@gmail.com.

If you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If we do not hear from you 10-15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a "No-Show" and we will require 50% payment before booking another service.
