Thank you for booking with 3rd Coast Salon.

A deposit will be charged at the time the appointment is taken to ensure your appointment time is secure.

In the event you need to cancel or move your appointment, please call the salon to ensure the deposit is not duplicated or is returned promptly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, we require a minimum 24-HOUR notice.  This notice must be by speaking to one of our staff members.  We cannot accept messages left on our answering service.  As with any professional, a missed appointment time cannot be recovered.

A notice given with less than 24-HOUR notice is considered a LATE CANCELLATION, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled services.

If you do not show and do not cancel your appointment, you will be considered a NO SHOW and we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the scheduled services.
