Keldara Salon and Spa Online Policies & Procedures Effective 9/1/2020

Important Online Booking Information
-Please do not book an appointment for another client under your profile! The appointment must be booked under that client’s profile and name!
-Your appointment time may be adjusted 15-30 min to optimize the service provider’s schedule. You will receive an e-mail notification if this is the case.
-Please note that a Blow Dry is NOT included with a color service, please add it on to your service selection.
-Please note that if a color (root touch-up, foil and etc.) appointment is booked as the Stylists last appointment of their shift, we will have to reschedule it, as there will not be enough process time.
-Please note that you cannot book the Lash Lift service in the same day as a massage or facial service.
-Please note that it if you would like to book a massage and facial on the same day, it is best to book the massage first.
-Massage services with Massage Therapist, Damien, are an additional $15.
-If you have a child who is also a client of Keldara and their account is merged with yours, please be aware that your credit card will also be on their account if they book their own service.
-If you would like to book a color corrective service or would like to make a drastic change (i.e. from black hair to blonde hair) please call us so that we may ensure that the appointment is booked for the correct timing and service category.
-Unfortunately, the following services cannot be booked online (please call Guest Services to schedule):

· Children's Cuts (10 and under)
· Cezanne Smoothing Treatment
· Couples Massage
· Formal Style Blowdry
· Hot Stone Massage
· Thai Herbal Ball Massage
· Microdermabrasion Treatments
· Prom Services
· Salt Glow
· Ultrasonic Treatment
· Updo
If you would like to book an appointment for multiple people (i.e. manicure/pedicure with friends) please call Guest Services as this function is not yet available through online booking.
When To Arrive
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes (for salon) and 15 minutes (for spa) prior to your reservation to allow time for checking in, using the restroom, filling out medical history forms and getting settled.
Late Arrival Policy
In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. The service price will be charged in full.
Cancellations
Kindly provide 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We also require 72 hours notice for group cancellations.
A service that is canceled less than 24 hours is subject to a 50% charge of the total service cost. No show clients/ services canceled upon arrival and cancelled 1 hour prior may be charged in full. (Please see our detailed cancellation policy below).
Consultations
Consultations are always complimentary. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment time, there may be a $25 charge.
Cell Phones
We want Keldara to be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience for all. We request that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent and only conduct a conversation in the foyer or outside. Please use headphones if you’re watching videos.
Children
Children under 8 years old, who are not receiving a service, must be supervised by an adult, not receiving a service, and remain on the porch or retail area. Children cannot accompany you to your Salon or Spa services unless also receiving a service. Children under 8 are not allowed in spa areas at any time.
Keldara Salon and Spa Cancellation Policy Effective 9/1/2020:
By accepting and scheduling an online and/or over the phone appointment, you have given us permission to charge your credit card on file , if you fail to cancel less than 24 hours and/or fail to show up to your scheduled appointment. Please note:
· You are subject to a charge in FULL if you miss your appointment or cancel 1 hour prior.
· You are subject to a charge 50% of your total service cost if you cancel less than 24 hours.
· 72 hours is required for group services. 48 hours is required for Cezanne Smoothing Treatments.
· If we fail to obtain payment for cancellations, any future appointments cannot be scheduled and will be cancelled, until a new credit card is placed on file and the outstanding fees are paid.
