Cancellation Policy:To cancel your appointment, please give us a 24-hour notice. This ensures we can offer the slot to other guests. Cancellations made during business hours without a 24-hour notice will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service charges.

Children policy: Children under 10 are allowed in the salon only when they have an appointment. If you are the one receiving services, kindly ensure that children are accompanied by another adult who is not receiving services.
