Cancellation Policy: To cancel/reschedule your appointment, please give us a 24-hour notice! You may cancel yourself under your appointments once signed in, or kindly text us @ 616-422-4114 This ensures we can offer the slot to other guests. Cancellations made without a 24-hour notice will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service charges.

Children policy: Children under the age of TEN are welocomed in the salon only when they have an appointment. If you are the one receiving services, kindly ensure that children are accompanied by another adult who is not receiving services.

Processing fee: By making a cash payment, you can save 3%.
