For cancellations and rescheduling and confirm we kindly request at least 24 hours notice in advance for haircut appointments, and 48 hours notice for hair color and perm and straight perm appointments.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your hair styling service, please notify us within 10 days of your original service date to schedule an appointment for a complimentary redo. Please note we will only be able to perform a redo on the same hair style or design.
