New guests: A pre-visit form  on the new guest page  is required within 24 hours of booking. If the form isn’t completed within 24 hours of booking, your appointment will default to the highest timing and price in the service range.

Hover over 'About Us' on the menu and select the New Guest option. Scroll to 'Step 3' of the booking process to find the Pre-Visit Form. 

To create your online account: Click 'Join Now' below. After creating your account, check your email to activate your account.

Existing guests: No form needed unless requested.

All services are time‑based; complex work may require additional time.
