 Salon Hours 

• Extra guests and children are not permitted unless they are receiving services.

• 48 hours cancellation is required. A 50% cancellation fee for late arrival after 15 minutes or canceled appointments less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a cancellation fee. 

• No show will be charged to 100% of scheduled services(s).

• Valid appointment modifications are salon direct contact by phone, email, or online scheduling portal. 

• Cancellations are accepted by email or online scheduling portal. Voicemail or Social Media DMs (direct messaging) are not accepted forms of cancellation notification.

• Social media DMs (direct messaging) are unacceptable forms of communication.
