Here's a few notes about booking online:
- If you are a new client, please call us to book your first appointment. We do require a credit or debit card to book all appointments.
- If you are an existing client, you can log in by clicking 'reset password' and enter the email where you have received recent communications from us. If you haven't received any emails, please call us to set up your online account.
Booking color appointments:
- All color corrections and color transformations require a consultation appointment first (which you can book online). We will complete strand tests and book your actual service during your consultation.
- Root / existing color touch-ups, balayage, highlights & glazes may all be booked online. Please be sure you are choosing a second service when booking for any color service. Second services are either a "blow out with-out a cut" or a haircut so we have time to dry.
Booking Hair Cuts:
- Please consider your hair type when booking appointments (fine-medium vs. thick or long hair). This determines the time slot we book to ensure we provide you the best service (e.g. thick hair = more time!)
- Maintenance appointments/ trims are for clients that have had their hair cut in the last 6 weeks
- Transformation cuts are when you want to change up your style or haven’t had a haircut in a while!
Cancellation policy:
- We require a credit or debit card to book online or over the phone. Should you need to reschedule or cancel you appointment, we ask that you give us at least a 24 hour notice. If cancellations are made less than 24 hours a 50% appointment fee will be charged.
