Scroll to the bottom of the page and select JOIN NOW to create your client profile and schedule and appointment. Your profile will automatically be synced with us so your experience at Paradise Beauty is seamless and of quality with every visit!

Below are some brief disclosures regarding some of the policies and etiquette observed:

Appointments

Our convenient online booking is a reservation system that allows you to inquire about booking appointments instantly, day or night. Request for a specific therapist or hair artists are welcome. Request at the time of booking. When inquiring online, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to confirm your booking. Please note we do not charge your credit card, but it is held in case of any last minute cancellations. Not sure which treatment is for you? Please call us at 1-877-7PAMPER or (808) 821-0807 and we will be happy to assist you in scheduling your appointment or setting up your online profile.

Cancellations

As a courtesy, we give you a reminder by text, phone or email 24 hours in advance. it is your responsibility to remember your appointment. As a courtesy to our technicians and other clients, appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance otherwise 50% of the services booked will be charged. For no shows you will be charged a 100%.

Spa and Wedding Parties

We have Spa Parties for 4 + guests. They can be casual or private parties. They require at least a 72-hour cancellation policy. There will be an automatic 18% gratuity added. The number of guests will be confirmed 72 hours in advance and all guests’ appointments must be paid for.

Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will ensure that we have enough time to check you in and offer you a refreshment and if applicable, fill out forms for service. Should you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened to allow time for the following session. Guests arriving 15 minutes late will be subject to 50% of service and reschedule. Children must be accompanied by an adult and be monitored while in Spa.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are a great gift for all!  We have gift cards available online  or call and order over the phone and we would be happy to mail it to the recipient or keep it for their arrival!

Cell Phones

We try to encourage our guests to enjoy their time in the salon and take a break from technology. As a courtesy to the other guests please refrain from talking on your cell phone. We have a lovely garden area if need be. Please turn ringer off and utilize vibration mode. Texting is fine. Bring along headphones if you prefer to spend your time in the salon scrolling through social media, watching shows/videos or listening to you own music.
