 Below is access to our online appointment reservations, policy procedures, and service category descriptions. We look forward to getting you LAVISHED!

PLEASE READ BEFORE RESERVING APPOINTMENT!!!!

Reservation Procedure

1. Create an account/ Log in account using user name and password.

2. Select services  (PLEASE SELECT ALL SERVICES NEEDED!!!!!!  CHOOSE THE MAIN SERVICE AS THE PRIMARY APPOINTMENT TYPE.)

3. Select available date and time.

4. BOOK APPOINTMENT-   A valid debit or credit card is required on file to secure your appointment. Payment is due at the end of service(s) rendered.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY- A 48 hour cancellation notice is required prior to reserved appointment. 

Cancellations not made within 48 hours, your card on file will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. If cancellations are made within 48 hours, your card on file will not be charged.

NO/CALL NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100%  of the reserved service amount.

Preparing  For Your Appointment

1. Please remove any twist, coils, braids, up-styles, or extensions prior to your appointment. NOTE: If you would like a removal service done, please select as an additional service when booking your appointment. 

2. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO USE OUTSIDE PRODUCTS. 

3.  Any addition services NOT pre-booked will extend your time in the salon and also change your total. 

 IF THE TIME DOES NOT ALLOT, ADDITIONAL SERVICES ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE RENDERED. 

4. Prices shown are starting prices for most services. When indicated &UP in service description, an up-charge is determined by your hair's length(longer than shoulder length) , density(how much hair), and texture(fine, normal, coarse). 

EXTENSIONS

5. Hair Extensions are not provided in service unless purchased by stylist prior to appointment.

~Hair extensions can also be purchased at your local hair store. Just to name a few brands: Velvet(Outre'), Bobbi Boss(IndiRemi), Cuticle Remy XQ, Premium Now, Empire, and Outre Yaki.

6. Hair extensions must be clean and ready to install prior to reserved appointment.  IF SHAMPOOING IS NEEDED, ADD AS AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE WHEN RESERVING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

PLEASE BRING EXTENSIONS TO THE SALON 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVED APPOINTMENT.

7. Custom color on hair extensions require preparation and is considered an additional service. PLEASE ADD AS AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE WHEN RESERVING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

PLEASE BRING EXTENSIONS TO THE SALON 5 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVED APPOINTMENT.

8. Closures, frontals, and a 360 lace band require additional preparation.

9. MUST BOOK AN IN SALON/PHONE CONSULTATION BEFORE RESERVING  ANY COLOR SERVICE.
