Rescheduling, changing appointments, or doubling up services online with deposits then doing chargebacks with our credit card processor instead of calling us has caused too many issues therefore we're changing our policy for accounts as listed below:
Any accounts doing chargebacks or abusing our online portal will be revoked from online account access & will require calling to schedule any future appointments.
Credit Cards are charged a $1 pre-auth to validate which drops off.
Credit Cards are charged an automatic 10% deposit to secure your appointment & will be put towards the service at checkout.
No show appointments or cancellations 24 or less are subject to our cancellation policy & will forfeit this 10% deposit which will be incorporated into our 60% Cancellation Policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment your deposit will remain on your account for future use. (The financial cost of merchant account fees to process a transaction then reverse it costs fees which will be passed on to the consumer as an “Authorization Fee” if client prefers a refund of deposit).
