In Consideration of our guests and stylists, we will require a 48 hour notice for any cancellations. For appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the service amount. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged up to 100% of the service amount. The cancelation fee is required to be paid prior to rebooking an appointment. 

Any cancellation must be made over the phone; a voicemail is also acceptable if left during non -business hours.
