Your appointments are very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. Out of respect for our team and guests, we require a 24 hour notice of cancelation. You can cancel and reschedule your appointments in this app, you will be able to view your purchases, reserve products, purchase gift cards, text us, view your loyalty points, purchase memberships, and view promotions all right here. We require a credit card and 25% deposit when scheduling appointments. Your card WILL NOT be charged unless you do not cancel or reschedule within 24 hours. Salon Guests: For color appointments please keep in mind that we only charge for our time. Our inclusive color service includes a cut, toner, treatment, gloss, and blow-dry ( whatever your provider can fit into the time scheduled ) The average color time is 2 hours however if you are a new guest please schedule 2.5 hours we will always adjust any unused time. Any colors going from dark to light or vivid and fantasy color consultations are required. You can schedule virtual or in salon consultations whichever is most convenient for you.
If you just need a hair cut please select from our a-la-cart services 45 minutes is for the average haircut/trim and 60 minutes for transformational cuts. Cuts include our signature shampoo + blow-dry.
New hair extension guests require a in salon consultation for proper hair assessment and color matching.
We do not offer perms
Spa Guests: Our enhancement services CAN NOT be booked alone they require a facial to be scheduled at the same time as they are only add-ons. Body contouring treatments may require a consultation please schedule a virtual or in-house consultation or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
If scheduling an appointment for a spouse or child you can add them to your account. no need to set up multiple logins. Please be sure to accept text messages from us so we can stay in touch!
What to expect when you arrive...
Self Check In: You will receive a text message from us 15 minutes prior to appointment time, please respond Y when you have arrived this will check you in and let your provider know you are here. When your provider is ready for you, we will text you to come in. Please feel free to let your provider know if you prefer they wear a mask or if you would like a silent appointment. Please do not bring any extra persons with you inside including children or spouses.
During your visit if you need anything please just ask we are more than happy to accommodate any requests we can.
