Welcome to my online booking. I hope all of the details below will help make your booking experience as simple and convenient as possible.
AVAILABILITY
My schedule is currently open for 12 weeks at a time. This helps to ensure that I have plenty of openings for new and existing clients!
Monday: 10am - 4pm
Tuesday: 10am - 4pm
Wednesday: 10am - 4pm
Thursday: 1pm - 7pm
Friday: 10am - 4pm
NEW COLOR CLIENTS
If you are a new color client and you have not yet filled out a 'Client Consultation' form, please make sure that you do so. This will ensure that your services are booked correctly, and that we are staying within your ideal budget. The consultation form is required in order to reserve your appointment.
BOOKING GUIDELINES
Please read through my suggestions below for booking your appointment online to avoid any booking errors.
If your appointment is booked incorrectly you may be asked to reschedule your services.
- When booking a color service it MUST be booked as your first service.
- When booking a color service you MUST book a haircut or blowout as your secondary service.
- After selecting your first service (partial highlight, permanent color, full balayage, etc..) simply click 'Add a Service' to book any secondary services (toner, conditioning treatment, haircut, etc..)
- When booking a haircut service you do NOT need to book any secondary services.
- When booking a conditioning treatment you MUST book a haircut or blowout as your secondary service.
- If you notice (*Extended Wait) next to any open booking options, please pay close attention to the timing of your services. Your last service may be several hours after your first or secondary service.
- If you see the message: "There is no availability for this combination of Services and Dates. Please call (423)648-5353." (This message pops up because I am typically booked out for 8+ weeks.) Simply click 'OK' and scroll down to the calendar. If you click over to the following months you will begin to see my available days and times.
CANCELLATION POLICY
10+ Minutes Late: If you arrive to the salon 10+ minutes past your scheduled appointment time I may ask that you reschedule your services. Services rescheduled due to lateness require a 25% rescheduling fee.
48 Hours Notice: I require more than 48 hours notice when rescheduling or canceling any appointments. Services rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours or less of a scheduled appointment require a 50% rescheduling fee.
Day Of Notice: Services cancelled the day of a scheduled appointment require a 100% rescheduling fee.
No call/No Show: Services that are not confirmed, rescheduled or cancelled at any point require a 100% rescheduling fee.
*Rescheduling fees are based upon the $ amount of scheduled services.
