WE HAVE A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. THIS POLICY PROTECTS OUR HARD WORKING STYLISTS AND ALLOWS US TO HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO FILL THE APPOINTMENT WITH ANOTHER GUEST ON OUR WAITING LIST. LATE CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE THAT WAS SCHEDULED. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service booked. Please note that canceling via social media is not acceptable for it may not be seen in time. cancellations after business hours may be emailed and confirmed!
WE HONOR A 3 DAY REPAIR POLICY, ALL REPAIRS BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION WITHIN 72 HOURS PERIOD WILL BE REPAIRED FREE OF CHARGE, ANY REPAIRS REPORTED OR MADE AFTER THAT TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED A REPAIR FEE.
IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE PRODUCT ON YOUR NAILS THAT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED PLEASE REMEMBER TO SCHEDULE A SOAK OFF (we do not remove dip powder or acrylics)
