SALON POLICIES

Cell Phones: We want your salon experience to be a relaxing escape, so we request that cell phones and electronic devices be turned off or set to silent so as not to disturb others.

Children: We love children; we even have some of our own! However, so that the ambiance within our salon remains as relaxing as possible for all of our guests, (many of whom are enjoying some time away from their little people), we request that another form of child care be arranged outside of the salon environment.

Hair History: Colour/chemical history must be divulged when consulting with your stylist. If you are currently under the care of an MD, it is your responsibility to research if the colour services are compatible with any prescription medication or treatments you are receiving or have received in the past year.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. We require at least 24 hours for a single service, and 48 hours for services that are longer than one hour. Changes can be made online up to 48 hours before your appointment, after which you will have to call or email the salon guidefrontdesk@gmail.com. Please note that for all cancellations under the required time, a fee of $50  will be charged for appointments over 1 hour, appointments reserved for 1 hour or less will have a $20 fee. The salon will contact you to process the payment on your credit card or there will be an outstanding amount owing on your account.

Product Guarantee:  We stand behind our products and want you to enjoy your purchase! If you are not satisfied with a product you bought, please bring it back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Sometimes we forget how to use a product as well, so always feel free to message or pop in with any questions you may have.
