CANCELLATION POLICY:  Please call the Spa to cancel appointments and give a minimum of 24 HOUR NOTICE before your appointment, so that we may offer that time slot to another client.  

Your account will be charged a fee for any appointment not kept or not cancelled within the 24 hour period.  

Due to this agreement any client who is scheduled for a service will be charged a minimum of 50% of their total service. 

We reserve the right to automatically charge for any appointments with the credit card on file.

The policy, and all fees associated, may be subject to change at Elite's discretion at any time.

YOU HAVE TO CALL THE SPA TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. There is not an option to do so online.
