Returned Check Policy
Any returned check will result in a $40.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered. A call will be made to the client to inform them of the returned check, followed by an email. If we do not hear from the client within 48 hours, the credit card on file will then be charged to cover the cost of the returned check & the NSF charge. Checks will no longer be accepted from the client.

All credit or debit card transactions will incur a 3% surcharge.
Refunds / Guarantee
Our goal at Dolce is to ensure every client leaves with a smile, knowing they've received top-notch service and care. We recognize that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and adjustments might be necessary. While we have a no-refund policy for services and packages, we invite you to contact us within 3 days if you have any concerns about your experience.
For chemical services, we offer a 14-day guarantee, assuming you use our recommended professional products, although some services may not be guaranteed due to specific hair conditions, which will be discussed beforehand.
Additionally, for regular manicures and pedicures, we’ll happily fix any chipping or peeling within a few days, and for Dip or Gel services, this extends to a week.
Our return and exchange policy ensures that you are satisfied with your purchase while maintaining the integrity of our products. We accept returns or exchanges for items that are in new, unused, and unaltered condition, without any customer-inflicted damages. To qualify for a full refund or exchange, please return your item within 7 days from the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this 7-day period. Please note that opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
