Consultations
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book consultations. If a service or package is purchased within 14 days, the deposit will be applied toward the purchase.

Returned Checks
Returned checks incur a $40 fee plus the check amount, due before further services are provided. We will contact you upon receipt of a returned check. If no response is received within 48 hours, the card on file will be charged. Checks will no longer be accepted from the client.

Non-Cash Payments
A 3% surcharge applies to non-cash payments.

Refunds & Guarantee
All services and packages are non-refundable. Concerns must be reported within 3 days of service.

Chemical services are guaranteed for 14 days when professional home care products are used as recommended.

Manicure and pedicure fixes for chipping/peeling are available within a few days; gel services are covered for up to 1 week.

Returns
Retail items must be unused, unopened, and returned within 7 days for exchange or refund. Opened or used products are not eligible.
