SALON POLICIES:



**New Client Policy**

Please be advised that submitting an online appointment request does not guarantee your booking. To confirm your appointment, a deposit is required and must be made by calling the salon directly at (770)946.6004:


Level 1–3 Stylists: $50 deposit

Level 4+ Stylists: $100 deposit

Deposits will be applied to your final balance at checkout. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. If a deposit is not received within 24 hours of the appointment request, the appointment will be automatically canceled.

Please note: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to submit a new deposit to secure any future bookings.

**This policy applies exclusively to color and chemical services**



**Child Safety Policy**

We require that NO child under the age of 10 be left unattended in the salon while the client is receiving service. There is NO exception to this policy unless the child is also receiving services and the parent or guest is not getting any color service while the child is still in the salon. In the unfortunate event a child is left unattended, we will gladly reschedule your services to a day you can better enjoy the environment we provide.



**Cancellation Policy**

As part of our commitment to providing a seamless and elevated experience for all of our guests, Tanner Blake Salon upholds a strict cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. These fees must be settled prior to rescheduling or continuing with any pending services, and a deposit will be required to secure all future appointments. 






**When scheduling a haircut with a color service, please choose haircut option AFTER you've selected the desired color service. If you are not scheduling a haircut with your color service, you will need to choose the option "blow-dry with service" to receive blow-dry and style after your hair cut.**

Complimentary blow-dry & style are included with all haircuts.
