You will receive a separate email with details for completing necessary consent forms before your appointment for treatment. Please make sure to check your email including your spam folder.
Your appointments are very important to Luxe Skin Care and are reserved especially for you. We require a valid credit card for all current and future appointments. You will not be charged unless your cancellation/reschedule falls within our policy. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time and clients on waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: A 24 hours’ notice of appointment cancellation and/or changes in desired service(s) is required to avoid being charged full price of service(s). No show(failure to show to appointment) and clients cancelling more than two consecutive times will be charged for the entire service(s) and/or required to pre-pay in order to be rescheduled.
Appointment reminders are a courtesy. Reminders are sent at the time appointments made and two days before your scheduled appointment. You MUST confirm your appointment via the link in your confirmation email within the 24 hour window of your appointment or you appointment will be CANCELLED.
Remember to put Luxe Skin Care on your safe list, so important emails don't end up in spam.
Please remember traffic in the Dallas area is getting worse please give yourself plenty of time to get to your appointment. If you are running late please call me immediately with an ETA as we may have to reschedule as not to delay the next guest.
