Cancellation Policy 

Dear valued Clients, 

We appreciate your loyalty and support! To continue providing the best service possible, please review our updated policies:

- A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

- Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged the FULL price of your service.

-No-Shows will be charged 100% and may be asked to prepay for future booking.

-Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.

-Any last-minute service changes are subject to the original charge or price adjustment if upgraded.
