CANCELLATION POLICY 

Your services are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the salon's scheduling policies. By not complying with our salon's policies both our team and business are impacted. 

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellation/reschedule & as soon as possible if you’re going to be late for your appointment. We only hold your reservation for 15 mins, provided we hear from you. Anything later can be subject to a late fee.

Any cancelations less then 24hours are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled appointment.

Clients missing their appointment without giving any prior notification will be charged 100% of that missed appointment.

Canceled appointments must be called into the salon, FB, Instagram and email are not accepted at this time.
