Salon Policies

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services. Clients canceling with less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service requested in order to continue to book future services.  If multiple cancellations or last minute reschedules we may require a 50% deposit at time of booking that will be forfeited if cancellation or reschedule is less that 24 hours prior to appointment.

We do not refund any salon services. If there is a problem with a color or treatment service we are more than happy to correct any problems within 1 week of the original service.

Please note though you are able to schedule your appointment online, only the salon can delete or change an appointment once it has been scheduled.  Please call 513-932-8955 during business hours to have your online appointment deleted or changed.
