In order to better serve you, ONE. will be requiring a non-refundable $50 deposit on all new client accounts. If your requested service is under $50, full payment will be required to schedule. 

This deposit will be applied to your service during checkout. In the event of a cancellation more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, the deposit will then be applied to your next service date. 

No show/ No call will result in your deposit being forfeited. 

No cash refunds. Store credit only.
