Thank you and welcome to Create Salon and Spa online booking site!  Please know we require a credit card to reserve any online appointments.  For any extended services that we need longer appointment time for, we require a 50% deposit/reservation fee that will be used towards your service.  We understand that life happens and if appointments are needed to be cancelled, deposits will be refunded if done so with 24 hours or more notice.   If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at 920-922-3325.
