24 hour Cancellation Policy

We require a card on file when booking an appointment. Cancellations/reschedules/changes to the appointment made within 24 hours of the appointment and no-shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the appointment. Providing at least 24 hours notice allows us to fill that slot with another client from our always-active wait list, and with a last minute cancellation, that is simply not possible. By requesting this appointment, you are agreeing to the above policies. Cancellation policy is in full effect with no exceptions. We thank you for being considerate of stylists’ and other clients’ time as we rely on a consistent schedule.
