We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 60% of the service total. No-shows will be charged 100%.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Our stylists do not get paid if you don’t show up, and last-minute changes leave little opportunity to fill that time.

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours as well.
