1) We suggest: You call us before you buy your Groupon.  You may need a different level of service based upon your hair density, length or thickness.  We offer a free consultation to make sure you don't purchase a Groupon you can't use.   You can always purchase your Groupon at the salon.  If it is discounted, take a picture at the time of offer and we will honor that price.

All new Groupon customers may be required to leave a deposit for appointment depending upon service. It will be refunded upon your arrival.

PLEASE DON'T JUST NO-SHOW! GIVE US THE COURTESY OF CALLING 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OR AS MUCH IN ADVANCE AS POSSIBLE SO WE MAY BOOK SOMEONE ELSE IN YOUR PLACE.  We RESERVE 2 TO 4 HOURS OF TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.  STYLIST LOSE INCOME WITH AN EMPTY CHAIR.   IT IS JUST LIKE YOU GOING TO WORK AND NOT BEING PAID.

NO-SHOW'S WITHOUT NOTICE - WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING PUT ON A WATCHLIST AND A DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
